English Language Proficiency and Placement Acceptance Forms

Please complete the next couple of steps soon to facilitate your placement here in Colorado.
Welcome to Rocky Mountain Rotary Youth Exchange, the committee administering Rotary District 5450's Rotary Youth Exchange program.
Our district lies in the center of the US State of Colorado and includes the state capital city of Denver and also includes several major ski resorts including Breckenridge, Copper Mountain and Keystone located in the Rocky Mountains.
In order to finalize your placement with a Rotary Club in our District we will need two things from you now:
- Complete the Placement Acceptance Form (button below) providing you and your parent's contact information
- Take an English language test (button below)
Once placed in a Club, we will need you to:
- Provide proof of medical insurance
- Sign the agreement forms & rules for our district. We will send these electronically once you confirm your email address & your parent's email addresses in the 1st step.
- Some school districts will require additional immunizations and may request a copy of your birth certificate - if applicable, you will be informed and the information requested by email.
The English Proficiency Exam (ELTiS) can be found at the button below.
You will need to download the answer sheet & test booklet, you can then listen to the audio files on the website or download the audio files.
There is both a listening & reading portion to the test you will need to take. Please email the answer sheet back to access@rmrye.org.
